Rights and Interests Protection Department of China’s Literary Federation issued recently the Copyright License Contract (hereinafter referred to as the Contract (reference text)) to the circles of literature and art, providing guidance and mirror to all the artist associations in making their own contracts based on the characteristic of their artistic category, and providing reference to all the artists and literary and art workers when they sign a contract.
　　
It is known that the Contract (reference text) consists of thirteen terms, including the works, type of rights, methods, and territorial scope of licensing. During practical use, under the condition of no violation of laws and regulations, contracting parties could make additions, deletions, and detailed specific agreements to the Contract (reference text) according to the specific circumstances.
